Mr. Józef Biegaj has chaired the Supervisory Board of Impel Volleyball SA since 2007. From 2012 Member of the Board of the Foundation "Młoda Gwardia". The owner of two authorized Harley-Davidson dealerships in Poland. He graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of Mining and Metallurgical Machinery at The Academy of Mining and Metallurgy in Cracow.

Vice President of Management Board of TradeBridge responsible for the area of trade and operations. He has many years of experience in positions related to international trade, introduction of products to the market and marketing. In 2001-2004, he served as the Manager for Business Development at IQFM, where, among others, he was responsible for launching the products of international companies in the Polish market, building distribution and management of external sales structures. In the years 2004 - 2013 he held the position of Commercial Director, and since 2007 also a Member of the Management Board of Barlinek SA, where he manages global sales and marketing. In the years 2013 - 2015, he served as Commercial Vice President in Impel Security Poland LLC Marek Janke is a graduate of the Maritime Academy in Szczecin, Executive MBA Erasmus University Rotterdam and the Post-MBA program of the Swiss Business School.
